Welcome to Dharma Ocean
The Dharma Ocean Foundation offers us the chance to live within the brilliance of our deepest lives. Within our Buddhist lineage, meditation is the primary way to uncover this radiance, and the foundation offers a wide range of retreats and programs in the sitting practice of meditation. Introductory events include Meditating with the Body and Winter Dathün, both of which occur annually in Crestone, Colorado.  Dr. Reginald A. Ray and his senior students share Dharma Ocean teachings with beginning practitioners at City Sanghas and other locations around the globe.

To be fully embodied means to be at one with who we are, in every respect, including our physical being, our emotions, and the totality of our karmic situation"  --Reggie Ray.  For more information on Reggie's upcoming tour, including weekend intensive dates and cities visited, please click here
