We hope your journey to Crestone, Colorado is safe and fulfilling. 

 

Flying

Most people fly into Denver International Airport (DEN), which is a four-hour drive from Crestone.  You can also fly into Alamosa County Airport (ALA), which is a one-hour drive to Crestone.  Denver flights tend be less expensive, and to involve fewer connections.

 

Shuttle Service

For many programs, Dharma Ocean offers a van shuttle service from the Denver airport to Crestone.  Check out the Transportation page of the retreats in which you are interested.

 

Bus Service

Black Hills Stage Lines (phone: 402-371-3850) has a bus that runs from Denver to Moffat, 20 minutes from Crestone. This is a great option for local Coloradans and program staff. The bus leaves at 2pm each afternoon from the Greyhound station in downtown Denver and arrives in Moffat at about 6:15pm. The fare is $32.75. (Please confirm schedule and fare with Black Hills Stage Lines when making travel plans.)

Driving to Retreat Center and Cabin

Once you get into Crestone, you'll need to use these directions to the co-located Dharma Ocean Retreat Center and Cabin of the Crazy One.  Although there are several ways to get to these buildings, please use the directions given here  in order to respect the privacy and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood.
