The Program Manager provides leadership and direction for residential and online programs and oversees all aspects of the program planning, administration, and execution. They collaborate closely with teachers and community members to design programs and create program mandalas that support the transmission of the teachings. Together with the other program manager, this role co-manages all aspects of Dharma Ocean’s programming and coordinates other staff, volunteers, and participants.
The Media Coordinator will oversee audio and video systems for Dharma Ocean programs and events on the Front Range, edit audio and video recordings for online distribution and assist in formulating, implementing, and managing media initiatives and strategies. The Media Coordinator is in a unique position to hear the teachings in-person and through their editing work, which can provide a unique opportunity to deepen their experience of our lineage and their path through serving others.
Website & IT Coordinator
We are committed to providing remote practice and study opportunities for our growing global community of meditation practitioners. This critical position supports our efforts to share our lineage and support those who are training in it through online practice and study opportunities. The Website & IT Coordinator will administer and maintain Dharma Ocean’s website and various online properties and will serve as the technical support specialist for community members and program participants by tracking and resolving support tickets. An ideal candidate is someone who can perform the nitty-gritty technical work of website administration and support while also being able to communicate the essence of this tradition and bring it to life through intuitive and user-focused content management strategies.
