Complete Non-judgment

July 1, 2014

“A lot of us know that we’re very judgmental of other people. But actually, the real judgmentalism is going on towards ourselves and our own experience. When we reject someone else, it’s actually a part of ourselves that we’re rejecting. When we push away someone else, it’s actually ourselves that we’re pushing away. So take the attitude that every person you meet —every experience you have— is an opportunity to gather in whatever it is that’s coming up. Bring it in; bring it close, and hold it with an attitude of complete non-judgment.” — Reggie Ray
