Details:   We are a practice group meeting weekly in the Westshore area of Greater Victoria.  Evenings include dharma talks, Somatic practices, and discussions. We are especially fortunate to have Neil McKinlay join us monthly for teaching and guidance.  Anyone interested in Somatic meditation is welcome, regardless of experience.

This recently formed sangha meet weekly, alternating Monday and Tuesday evenings, in Ocean Shores, from 7pm-9pm. We begin with a 1hour of practice (recorded guided meditation and silent sitting), followed by practice-based sharing, and are starting with the “Awakening the Body” practices. This group is open to people who have engaged with Dharma Ocean teachings and practices through either DO retreats, online trainings or audio CDs. Following the call from many for more opportunities for regular connection and practice with the ‘big sangha’ in this region, we will hold a fortnightly practice and discussion group over Zoom for those in Australia, New Zealand and the surrounding region.

This group is open to anyone who has participated in an online course or residential retreat offered by Dharma Ocean.
