A One-Day Retreat with Reggie Ray
We usually think of spiritual realization and everyday life as being two separate and different things. Yet in the somatic lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, it is our ordinary life in the world that is exactly the place where we are able to achieve the fullest possible human realization.
In this program, alternating between periods of meditation and teaching, Reggie will explore how our everyday experiences can become potent vehicles of our spiritual journey. Much of the day will be conducted in silence to support the retreat.
