The tantric spiritual journey involves connecting with the inherent, self-existing wakefulness that is already present within the body itself. In this experiential weekend program, we will learn how to enter, in our bodies, the realm of awakening (dharmadhatu) and touch the boundless field of freedom, compassion, and joy within, that is our most basic state as humans.
Through a variety of meditative exercises and practices, we will access our "natural state" through the feelings, sensations, somatic intuition, and felt sense of the body itself. People new to meditation as well as advanced practitioners are welcome.
