Spring is the time of emergence and of new growth. In this Dharma Ocean-led spring retreat, we will celebrate the deep connection of our lineage with the Earth through embodied sitting meditation and bodywork in the tradition of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Reggie Ray. Through these practices, we aspire to answer the call to more fully and deeply inhabit our bodies and touch the wisdom they hold for us. Join us for this weekend retreat as we come together in community for meditation and the dharma, to till the fertile soil of our own being.

About the Teachers
Tina LaGreca has been studying with Reggie Ray since 2005. She is the director of Dharma Ocean of New York and is overjoyed about finding this somatic path which unlocks the way to the unfolding of our fullest humanity. Tina was formerly a high school teacher, an actor/singer and is now a psychotherapist in private practice in New York City, providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups.
Sarah Miryam has been practicing and studying within the lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche for 20 years and under the direct guidance of Dr. Reggie Ray for 15 of those years. Sarah’s teaching reveals relationship and devotion as essential gateways to awakening, working closely with her students to convey the potential to be utterly transformed in the midst of another. Sarah’s radical trust in the body supports students in remaining in the fullness of what they see without apology. Sarah lives in Ghent, NY.
The cost of the retreat will be $290 for the three nights and all meals. Scholarships will be available for those in need.
