SUMMARY:Somatic Meditation: The Journey Home
DESCRIPTION: \n\nAbout the Program\nMeditation is a coming home. Through the simple practice of being in one’s body\, developing a sense of familiarity with and fidelity to immediate experience\, we reconnect with the life we are living and the person we are. Under the guidance of Senior Teacher Neil McKinlay\, this week-long retreat will explore the foundational methods of somatic meditation offered by the Dharma Ocean lineage. We will find our way through the confusion and distraction that so characterize our everyday lives. We will come into contact with the openness and knowing that are our true nature. We will come home. \n  \n\n\nRegistation Closed \nLocation\nSalt Spring Island\, BC \n \nCoordinator\ninfo@dharmaocean.org \n\n\n\n \nMessage from Neil\n[iframe src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/163017313″ width=”635″ height=”360″] \n\nAbout the Teacher\n\nNeil McKinlay is a teacher\, coach\, and writer.
