This video was recorded on December 22, 2014 at the Winter Meditation Intensive in Crestone, Colorado at the Blazing Mountain Retreat Center. In the talk, Caroline discusses the ground of the human journey in the body and explains how our felt sense relates to the unfolding of experience in meditation practice. She introduces a guided meditation in the video, which is presented below.

Guided Meditation: 10-Points Practice

In this guided meditation, Caroline introduces the 10-Points Practice as a foundational practice for releasing habitual tension and opening to the experience of the body.

Guided Meditation: Earth Descent

The Earth Descent practice invites us to give in to the limitless warmth and invitation of the earth. In this guided practice, we’re invited to let go further into the energy of the earth.
