SUMMARY:Bravery: The Living Buddha Within You
DESCRIPTION: \n\nA Boulder Weekend with Guest Teacher Frank Berliner\nChögyam Trungpa often said to us\, “You don’t really want to wake up.” \nTo dedicate ourselves to an authentic spiritual path requires courage and total commitment.  We must deal with the fact that the culture we live in distracts us endlessly with its neurotic speed and its superficiality. We must face the reality that our laziness and our desire for comfort lure us away from this commitment again and again.  Finally\, we must accept the paradoxical truth that what we long for most poignantly is what we resist most stubbornly—to wake up fully. \nThis weekend will explore the challenge involved in making this commitment. It will be based on Frank’s new book\, Bravery: The Living Buddha Within You\, his personal integration of the teachings received from Chögyam Trungpa. Frank will also offer personal interviews to all program participants. \n\nRegister Now \n \nLocation \nDharma Ocean Boulder Meditation Center \n4676 Broadway \nBoulder\, CO \n\n\n\nRetreat Details\nThe program will take place Friday\, Saturday\, and Sunday October 2 – 4.
