Explore the conditions of body that naturally catalyze the ever deepening process of meditational inquiry. We will first work to establish the three primary somatic principles shown to support the posture of meditation: alignment, relaxation, and resilience. Building on this foundation, we’re naturally led to explore the suggestion of the Buddha to “breathe through the whole body.” In support of the deeply body-focused nature of the practice, participants will receive a session of deep bodywork every other day.
