The Vajrayana Training Intensive is a three week-long immersion in the the view and practice of the Vajra Dharma as presented by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Under the direction of Dr. Reggie Ray, we are guided into an ever more vivid connection with our true nature. This includes intensive engagement with our current Vajrayana practice. Regular talks and study periods deepen our understanding of the ‘unconventional vehicle’. Community living encourages first-hand appreciation of this profoundly human journey.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the full program if you are at all able. Attendance at the whole program is required for those attending Vajrayana Training Intensive for the first time. A two-week option is available for those who have previously attended who are unable to find a way to make the full three weeks. Everybody will need to be at VTI the first two weeks, from July 21st until August 4th; people who must leave, will be able to do so at the end of Week Two.
The view of Dzokchen will be taught for Weeks One and Two; Week Three will be a Dzokchen practice intensive, probably in silence, where we will explore some of the unique meditation instructions of this stunning part of our tradition.
