The journey of embodiment is our essential journey as human beings. Coming into more intimate contact with the body, we find a source of unerring wisdom and guidance. We find the wisdom of the Buddhas – a knowing that exists beneath habit and expectation, that offers our truest path to discovery and transformation.
This all-level, all-tradition workshop will continue our exploration of the ‘Meditating with the Body’ curriculum, a body of teachings designed to awaken an ever closer relationship with the journey in each of us. Mixing guided meditation and group discussion, we will touch the inherent wisdom of our being. We will find ourselves able to engage our lives more fully and more appropriately than ever before.
