DESCRIPTION: \n\nDharma Ocean is excited to host this teen retreat led by Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme)\, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of teens\, parents\, and professionals through mindfulness retreats. Combining meditation with awareness of the natural world\, this retreat offers teens\, age 15-19\, a life transforming experience in the serenity of nature. \nSpending time in the wilderness naturally deepens a sense of interconnectedness; when we add meditation\, mindful hiking and other contemplation practices we create an even more powerful experience of our place here as part of the whole. \niBme's wilderness retreats allow teens and young adults to drop into their minds in a way that they have never experienced before.
