It is the cultivation of unconditional love and acceptance towards all situations and all people\, a radical and courageous undertaking in a world so full of suffering and confusion. But through our practice\, with a heart that is open and tender\, we can look directly at our own suffering and the suffering of all beings. We can acknowledge that suffering without turning away or distracting ourselves\, and in doing so we can connect with the creative and spontaneous response that needs to arise. Not from our ego\, but from the wisdom of the situation. \nThrough bodhicitta practice we also learn to experience the fullest expressions of joy and to celebrate the luminosity of all beings. \nIf there is anyone whose name(s) you would like to include as a recipient of our practice\, we invite you to send these beforehand to bodhicittahost@dharmaocean.org. \nThe 45-minute session will open with practice followed by a period of chanting. \nAttendance is free\, for a dana offering to the teachers you can make a one-time donation here.
