Episode 238: Way of the Siddhas

November 18, 2018

Here, Reggie explores the roots of somatic meditation in ancient India. He says that the history of Buddhism was mostly written by monastics and reflects a “renunciation” approach to spirituality. However, there is a more unknown history of practice exemplified by lay practitioners known as “siddhas.”
