The three practices presented here are taken from Awakening the Body, the first of four Foundation Series self paced courses. The practices presented throughout the series form the foundation of meditation practice as taught within Dharma Ocean.
We recommend that you begin by following along with these guided meditations, trying each of them one-by-one. Then, after you have a good feel for these, consider signing up for the self paced course, or for the teacher facilitated Meditating with the Body hybrid residential program.
